A free digital planner that starts with your whole life, not your to-do list
Most digital planners are a blank week. You fill it with work, because work is loud. Three weeks later the gym, the calls home and the side project still aren't on it, and the planner gets quietly abandoned.
Litak is a free digital planner built the other way round. You start with a 3-minute Wheel of Life check across 12 areas of your life. Then you plan the week, set goals and track habits around the area that needs you most. It runs in your browser, and the Start plan is free while Litak is in beta.
Free Start plan during beta. Upgrade only if you want to.
Why most free planners get dropped by week three
Planners usually fail for boring reasons, not because you lack discipline.
- The template is empty. A downloaded PDF or a Notion template gives you boxes. It doesn't tell you what deserves a box this week.
- Everything lives in a different app. Tasks in one place, habits in another, goals in a note you never reopen.
- The week is only about work. If health or friends never make it onto the plan, they don't happen, and you only notice months later.
We wrote more about this in Why do goals fail? The week-three problem and Notion vs a life planner.
What you get free in Litak
The Start plan is free during beta. Here is exactly what it includes, as listed on our homepage pricing:
- Wheel of Life test. Rate 12 life areas: where you are now and where you want to be. Litak shows the gaps and keeps your history month by month. Take the test.
- Weekly planner. Plan the week as tasks that can connect back to your quarter and year goals, so the week doesn't drift away from the bigger picture.
- Goals. Year and quarter goals that break down into weekly steps.
- Habit tracker, up to 6 habits. Daily and weekly habits tied to a life area, with rest days and light days that don't punish recovery.
- Dashboard. Your habits, week, goals and balance score on one calm screen.
- One free AI Wheel analysis. The AI coach reads your wheel once, points to the area that's holding the rest back and asks a few questions before suggesting a plan.
No PDF to print, nothing to build. You sign up and start with the wheel.
A digital weekly planner that knows what the week is for
Here is how a normal week looks in Litak:
- Check the wheel. Score the 12 areas. One or two of them will stand out as low.
- Pick one focus. Choose the area where a small change would help most. Health, money, friends, rest: it depends on you.
- Turn it into a goal. Something you could see progress on this quarter.
- Plan the week. Put tasks for that goal next to your work tasks, so they compete for time honestly.
- Add one or two habits. Small, repeatable actions that support the weak area.
- Look again next week. Re-score the wheel once a month and see whether the shape changed.

Prefer a printable planner? Those are free too
Many people searching for a free digital planner want a PDF for a tablet or a printer. Litak isn't a PDF planner. It's an app. But we do have two free printables:
- Free habit tracker PDF: 6 pages, 4 layouts (Habit Wheel, Monthly Checkboxes, Habits & Sleep, All-in-One), A4 and US Letter. No card, no subscription.
- Free Wheel of Life template: a blank A4 sheet you can download after taking the test, plus your own filled-in wheel as a PDF.
You can annotate the habit tracker PDF in any PDF app that supports drawing or text. It has no interactive form fields.

Free digital planner — frequently asked questions
Is Litak really a free digital planner?
Yes. The Start plan is free during beta. It includes the Wheel of Life, the weekly planner, goals, the dashboard, a habit tracker for up to 6 habits and one free AI Wheel analysis. You pay only if you choose a paid plan.
What's included in the free plan?
The Wheel of Life test across 12 life areas, a weekly planner, year and quarter goals, a dashboard, up to 6 habits in the habit tracker and one AI analysis of your wheel. Pro adds unlimited habits and lets you continue the conversation with the AI coach.
Is this a PDF planner for GoodNotes or a tablet?
No. Litak is a web app you use in your browser, not a hyperlinked PDF. If you want something printable, the free habit tracker PDF (A4 and US Letter) and the Wheel of Life template are on litak.io/habitpdf and litak.io/wheel-of-life/template.
Can I use Litak as a digital weekly planner?
Yes. The weekly planner is part of the free plan. Tasks can connect to your quarter and year goals, and habits sit next to them, so you see the whole week against the life areas it is meant to support.
When would I need to pay?
Only if you want more than the Start plan: Pro for unlimited habits and an ongoing AI coach conversation, Elite for a proactive coach and a voice agent. Paid plans are optional.
